Comparison
LexMotus vs. CASEpeer
CASEpeer is a PI-only platform with public per-user prices, client trust on Basic+, and 8am IQ as a writing assistant on Pro. It is not a general PMS we can dismiss. The honest gaps are FIDO2, bank-statement three-way, and URCP 6.

CASEpeer column from casepeer.com pricing, home, and vendor AI-info page (updated June 25, 2026) plus help-center excerpts, October 4, 2026. Confirm independently. CASEpeer and 8am are trademarks of their owners. We do not claim LexMotus is cheaper — CASEpeer publishes $90 / $130 / $160 per user with no stated long-term contract; we bill annually with a 3-user minimum and metered AI.
How we talk about CASEpeer
CASEpeer is built for personal injury. It has intake, medical-request reports, settlement negotiations, statute alerts, a client portal, two-way texting on Pro+, and native client-trust tracking from Basic up. Calling ourselves “the only PI platform” would be false.
Native AI on CASEpeer is 8am IQ as a writing assistant (notes, tasks, messages; EN/ES/AR translate) on Pro. Vendor copy also mentions demand letters and a Discovery/Case Assistant — we could not verify those live inside CASEpeer versus other 8am products. Chronologies and demands are often partner tools (EvenUp, Novo, Practice AI).
Documented 2FA is text or email. We found no FIDO2 or passkey, and no public SSO/SAML page. They state SOC 2 Type 2 and PCI DSS via a Trust Center; we have not seen the report. No native mobile app — add to Home Screen. Case Status, if used, is a third-party client app.
Bank-statement three-way reconciliation is not documented in the pages we read. That, URCP 6 math, and required FIDO2 on firm password login are the contrasts we will stand behind.
